A dark, denim blue sapphire in its rough, raw, uncut and natural state is the focus on this sterling silver ring. Perfectly unique to celebrate an engagement, wedding, anniversary or birthday. The raw blue sapphire measures approximately 5.5 - 6 mm and is set in a 4 claw setting on a wide sterling silver band. The band measures approximately 7.4 mm at the top and tapers to a comfortable 4mm at the bottom of the ring. A dark oxidized finish is added to enhance the rustic feel and design of this ring.
Please note that oxidation is a natural occurring process. In this piece I have accelerated the effect. Over time, with wear and use, the oxidization will change and enhance...becoming darker in the deeper areas and lighter in the higher areas.
