A real twig is cast in solid recycled 14k gold to create the unique ring shank. Set upon the branch is a sparkling white emerald-cut sapphire, prong-set in a basket setting. The sapphire weighs about 1ct, measuring 7x5mm. The twig is 2mm wide and 3mm wide at the knots. I love the combination of the structured octagon shape and the organic branch. Sapphire is a durable and sparkling gemstone, making it a great alternative to a traditional diamond engagement ring.
This design just got an upgrade! Now with thicker prongs for a more durable and lasting everyday ring. The setting is also hand-etched with a subtle wood grain pattern to match the ring's twig shank.
The final ring is polished gently to bring out the twig's natural texture. The interior is sanded and polished to a flat, smooth surface for comfortable wearability. Ring is available in your choice of recycled white, yellow, or rose gold.
