For items priced over $1800, once purchased, we bring them to a 3rd party GIA graduate gemologist and licensed appraiser for a complimentary appraisal. You will receive the original of the appraisal, which can be used for insurance purposes.
If you would like help with a completed piece of jewelry, Andrea, our design consultant can guide you in creating your dream piece with the help of our CAD and casting technician, our master stone setter, and our goldsmith. Our goal is to help you create a beautiful and lasting piece. (Please note that in order to maintain a high level of customer service, our capacity for managing customer orders is limited, therefore, from time to time we will unable to accept such orders)
